U.S. Army Veteran, John T. Armstrong, Jr. has over 40 years of experience in the private sector. His vast experiences include serving as comptroller of a major teaching hospital in the District of Columbia, working for the American Red Cross as a field auditor. Mr. Armstrong established Performance Management Services, LLC in 2009.

Seidah Armstrong

Seidah Armstrong is a doctoral candidate at Virginia Polytechnic and State University. With over 20 years of experience in PreK-12 education, she has worked in urban, rural, and suburban educational environments. As a former middle school principal, she enhanced the schools she touched through STEM education. Throughout her career Seidah has forged partnerships to create profound experiences for children and educators in education. Seidah is a Leadership Coach, Consultant, Curriculum Developer who continues to work with multiple agencies in school reform initiatives . Seidah is the author of the children’s book ABC’s STEM & Me and a chapter contributor to K-12 STEM Education in Urban Learning Environments (2019) and Tablet Computers in School Libraries and Classrooms(2014). She is currently the Vice President of Performance Management Services. She is responsible for curriculum development, educational consultant, grant writing and support, and professional development, which includes financial literacy and workforce development for adults. Seidah is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. She is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana and George Mason University. When she is not travelling, she volunteers her time introducing the world of STEM to youth of all ages. Seidah resides in northern Virginia with her husband John.

A graduate of Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL, with a BA with in History and minor in Religion, Mandy has vast experience in the private industry. For years she served in management and event planning in the Hospitality industry honing her skills in Human Resources.

Past and current responsibilities include managing personnel and events. Mandy screens and Interviews potential candidates, train new hires, provide technical support to employees, maintain supply inventory, and creates multiple reports to meet various contract requirements.
